Delivery

UK Mainland Shipping Only

We aim to post all of our orders for products that are held in stock within 24 hours of ordering, and generally no later than 48. All orders placed after 5pm Friday and through weekends or bank holidays will be shipped on the next working day, stock dependent. We will always let you know if we are waiting on a product to come in.

If there is going to be a delay, we will always contact you. We deliver all of our Skates using DPD courier service. For all other packages, we will send items via Royal Mail, always using their recorded delivery service.

Shipping Costs

We want to keep shipping as simple as possible for you.

Delivery on our smaller items is £3.99 or 5.99 depending on the item and is handled by Royal Mail. Our larger items such as skates and custom boots are shipped via DPD. We care about your purchases, and will send any orders over £100 via a tracked service.

We do not yet offer FREE SHIPPING, but from time to time will run promotions or discount codes to allow you free shipping with a valid coupon at checkout. Where shipping is Free you will receive our regular service but at no cost to yourself.

UK Mail and FedEx offer a fully tracked, guaranteed next day service from dispatch and will email or text you to give you a heads up about arrival times. However they only deliver on week days (unless you specifically choose the Saturday service), so if your parcel is dispatched on a Friday, it won’t get to you until Monday.

Please specify in order notes whether you are happy for a neighbour to receive it, or have a safe place for the courier to leave it.

Changing delivery address while your order is in transit –

If you decide to change the delivery address after the delivery service was confirmed and the information was entered into the system, a redirection will lead to a different delivery time and therefore, a delayed delivery. Note that even if the new address is very close to the initial once, the information still has to be changed and the package re-labelled, which can lead to a change in the delivery date as well. In such cases, it would usually be quicker for the delivery to fail then pick up the order from the local DPD depot in the evening of the due date.
